Mayfair’s path breaking residential project in Vadodara, called ‘The Address’, required a second phase of communication to reiterate the sheer size of the project. These apartment villas offer state-of-the-art facilities that are unheard of in the city; our goal was to address this challenge.

The Address is not a home but a priceless lifestyle experience that offers you international standards of living and world-class luxury privileges. Our knowledge of the home owners and study of their lifestyle revealed that they lived ‘big’ and liked to share that experience with their friends and business partners.
This insight helped us shape a campaign that highlighted every grand feature along with the king-sized lifestyle the owners enjoyed.
Reinforcing product proposition
The campaign, designed using 3D renderings of the actual spaces, created a new buzz and interest around the project. Released as half page ads in the print media, they further reinforced the value proposition of the project by highlighting each feature.
